    Individual Therapy

A space with no judgment or no ridiculous timelines about getting "over it." Your therapist gets that grief doesn't follow neat stages. Here, you can speak the unspeakable or sit in silence. There's no "right" way to grieve. Together, you'll learn to carry both love and loss, honouring what was while opening to what's possible. Your therapist walks alongside you, offering safety to fall apart and gentle guidance toward what a life that matters to you.

    Couples Therapy

A space for two people navigating loss differently (and that's okay). Your therapist helps you understand that one partner might cry while the other goes numb, one might need to talk endlessly while the other retreats. Here, you'll learn how to support each other in your grief. Together, you'll find ways to honour your individual processes while building connection. Your therapist guides you through the messiness of loving someone whose grief looks nothing like yours.

    Teen Therapy

Teen therapy meets you where you are. You might be angry, numb, confused, or all three. Your therapist actually understands that hollow phrases like "they're in a better place" feel insulting when your world just shattered. Here, you can rage, cry, or sit in defiant silence. There's no pressure to be "strong" or comfort everyone else. Together, you'll figure out how to carry this loss while still being a who you are.

    Family Therapy

Family Grief Therapy brings everyone's messy, different grief into one room. Your therapist helps facilitate when one person's anger meets another's silence, when kids grieve differently than adults. Here, you'll learn that family members can love the same person yet grieve completely differently. Together, you'll find ways to honour each person's process while staying connected as a family unit.

We are settlers occupying the stolen, unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō) peoples. We are committed to understanding the ongoing grief of colonization and decolonizing our practices in and out of the counselling room.
